Our interns support us in many of our various departments. We appreciate longer-term cooperation, so our internships usually last from 6 to 12 months. Everyone has the opportunity to participate in dozens of varied projects. Many interns continue their PEPCO career with permanent employment after the completion of their internships.

Discover how a major retail company works by taking part in our RETAIL MANAGEMENT PROGRAM! Get a unique opportunity to learn about the whole of the selling process during a one-year project based around on-the-job training. You will start by working in one of our stores, where you will try your skills as a deputy manager. You will get to know the work of our Distribution Centres and the various departments at PEPCO Head Office. You will meet our customers. You will take part in interesting, international projects. You will test and develop your competences through involvement in the various stages of product development. You will satisfy your vision of working in most of our different departments. You will also attend numerous training sessions to develop your abilities and gain a thorough understanding of the business.
