Your responsibilities will include:
- Responsibility for reporting the Group's monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements,
- Close cooperation with the Group, commenting on results on an ongoing basis, preparing data as requested,
- Ensuring the execution of annual statutory financial statements and reports to other external institutions (CSO, NBP),
- Ongoing cooperation with external auditors. Coordinate the smooth progress of the audit to ensure timely closing of the audit,
- Responsibility for the preparation of financial information including fixed assets, IFRS 16, cash flow statement and other reports to support business decision making,
- Support in the budgeting/forecasting process for selected areas,
- Participation in interesting and complex projects within the organization, cooperation with other departments within the organization,
- Responsibility for direct management of the team and providing them with development opportunities.
Our expectations:
- Min. 7 years of experience in a similar position and/or in one of the leading audit firms,
- University degree in finance,
- Practical knowledge of accounting standards, including IFRS, Polish GAAP,
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of Oracle system will be an advantage,
- Advanced knowledge of English,
- CIMA / ACCA / or PIBR qualifications - welcome,
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and ability to act in a change management situation,
- Multi-tasking and commitment, good work organization, ability to set priorities, strongly developed analytical skills.
