Civil Contract in Procurement Department

This is a fixed-term opportunity available until the end of March 2027.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Support the integration of sustainability and responsible sourcing requirements into procurement processes and sourcing activities.
- Coordinate supplier sustainability assessments, due diligence activities, and onboarding requirements.
- Monitor supplier sustainability performance and support improvement initiatives.
- Maintain sustainability-related supplier data and documentation within procurement systems.
- Support the preparation of sustainability reports, dashboards, and procurement performance metrics.
- Act as a liaison between Procurement and the Corporate ESG team on sustainability initiatives and requirements.
- Coordinate procurement inputs for ESG programmes, compliance activities, and reporting requests.
- Support supplier risk assessments and implementation of responsible sourcing controls.
- Help ensure compliance with sustainability policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with sustainability-related audits, governance activities, and process reviews.
- Support sustainability awareness, training, and knowledge-sharing initiatives across Procurement.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement sustainability processes, tools, and system capabilities.
Skills and experience we are looking for:
- Degree or ongoing studies in Environmental Science, Sustainability, ESG, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of sustainability, ESG, and carbon footprint topics.
- Basic understanding of Procurement and supplier collaboration.
- Ability to collect, organize, and analyze data and prepare reports and summaries.
- Very good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with different teams and external suppliers.
- Ability to gather sustainability-related information from suppliers, such as energy consumption, environmental impact, and progress against sustainability goals.
- English at a minimum B2 level, allowing effective day-to-day communication with suppliers and colleagues.
Nice to have:
- First experience in an office environment, internship, or similar role.
- Basic knowledge of environmental reporting.
- Interest in sustainable procurement and responsible supply chain management.
