Treasury Back Office Specialist

Your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Execute daily FX/MM confirmations and settlements (3,800 confirmations/4,000 settlements per year across the team).
  • Maintain static data: 1,000+ settlement templates, 250+ counterparties, 400+ accounts—ensuring 4eyes control and audit trail.
  • Support bank account lifecycle (opening/closing, mandates, signatories, access rights) for 400+ accounts.
  • Coordinate documentation for 150+ KYC processes annually (sanctions, FATCA, CRS).
  • Support administration of 800 corporate cards and 4,300+ guarantees (capture, tracking, exposure reporting).
  • Execute tasks in TMS; support configuration/testing and ERP–TMS–Bank connectivity (18 H2H; 50+ SWIFT SB).
  • Operate within 130+ internal controls per year (access, payments, settlements, static data, cards); support audits.
  • Contribute to automation and standardisation initiatives.

 

Join Pepco, if you have:

 

  • Min. 3 years of experience in treasury, banking or financial operations in a multinational environment; exposure to TMS and secured payment connectivity.
  • Experience in a Shared Services Center (SSC) environment will be considered an advantage.
  • Higher education in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Fluency in English (min.  B2).
  • Good knowledge of cash management and banking processes.
  • Understanding of FX/MM products and confirmations/settlements lifecycle.
  • Internal controls and compliance discipline; attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • TMS user skills, eagerness to become TMS Master.
  • Familiarity with ERP integration and bank connectivity (H2H/SWIFT SB).
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills; ability to work to deadlines across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Clear communication and teamwork in a centralised, international setting.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid model, with at least three days per week spent at the head office in Poznań.
