Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing advanced tools for data analysis, budgeting, reporting, and KPI tracking based on business requirements and available systems.
- Preparing advanced reports and analyses using historical and current data, comparing results against budgets, targets, and trends, and explaining deviations.
- Ensuring data accuracy and consistency across reports, KPIs, budgets, and operational databases.
- Supervisinging and support KPI definition, target setting, and the KPI reporting process for Operations units.
- Supporting and controling the budgeting process, including validation of input data and calculation logic.
- Overseeing operational databases, including defining new data, updating existing structures, and verifying correctness.
- Managing the introduction and maintenance of measures and metrics in databases, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Cooperating closely with Operational, Financial, Regional, and Field Management teams, providing analytical insights and participating in operational meetings.
- Identifying optimization opportunities, propose improvements to existing tools, and contribute to company-wide projects and initiatives.
- Actively participating in Superuser meetings, reviewing system changes and providing feedback.
- Demonstrating Pepco Values in daily work and decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a relevant analytical, financial, or operational role.
- Advanced knowledge of the retail industry and market environment.
- Strong expertise in business process analysis and advanced data acquisition and reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel (including VBA), Word, and PowerPoint.
- Advanced experience with Power BI or other advanced BI and data visualization platforms.
- Advanced command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Customer-oriented mindset combined with high business awareness.
- Ability to work collaboratively in teams and across functions.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Well-developed planning, organization, and prioritization abilities.
- Openness to change and ability to adapt in a dynamic business environment.
