Currently we are looking for a new team member to join our Pepco Team as a:

Senior Fashion Designer

Your key responsibilities will be: 

• Responsibility for the creative development of the Women’s category: apparel, lingerie, sleepwear, and sportswear under our label Bekkin.
• Defining and developing the creative direction for assigned categories and collections.
• Creating inspirational and product-focused moodboards as well as comprehensive collection concepts.
• Designing cohesive silhouettes and color palettes.
• Translating trends into commercially relevant products aligned with the brand DNA.
• Taking ownership of the final product look, material selection, and key design decisions.
• Leading collections from concept to final product in close cooperation with Category Managers.
• Managing timelines, participating in collection reviews, and conducting market analysis.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams as well as suppliers and external partners.

Skills and experience we are looking for:

• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Excellent graphic design and layout skills.
• Deep understanding of brand consistency and visual storytelling.
• Ability to create moodboards and translate them into complete product silhouettes.
• Knowledge of materials and technical constraints in production.
• Very good command of English (minimum B2 level).
• Independence, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
