Your responsibilities:

  • Producing written reports, scripts, presentation and Q&A materials for results events, conferences, AGMs, investor days and ad-hoc events including Capital Markets Days and sell-side teach-ins;
  • Supporting the production of the Annual Report co-writing the related content in the Strategic Report;
  • Building deep and trusted relationships with key shareholders and sell-side analysts across geographies, but with a focus on Polish market;
  • Building an investor targeting strategy in conjunction with brokers, including analysis/evolution of share register;
  • Responding to inbound queries from analysts and investors (equity and bondholders) in partnership with internal colleagues;
  • Managing sell-side analyst coverage and company-compiled consensus, as well as managing expectations through pro-active communication with market analysts;
  • Providing timely summary updates to Board and senior management team on latest analyst research and relevant peer/industry activity;
  • Reporting the Director of IR & Communications with exposure to the Board and senior management;
  • Organization of non-deal investor roadshows and other ad hoc meetings with Chair, CEO and CFO;
  • Drafting IR updates for Board on a quarterly basis;
  • Management of Group corporate website including responsibility for content, as well as liaising with internal stakeholders to keep information up to date and relevant ;
  • Coordination/direction of corporate photography for use in Annual Report, website and external presentations;
  • Accompany the management team on conferences and other investor-related trips;
  • Ensuring the company meets all regulatory requirements of the Warsaw Stock Exchange .

 

Our requirements:

  • At least five years of experience in investor relations or capital markets, ideally gained at a top-tier investment bank, consultancy, Big Four, or within a large corporate environment;
  • ACA/CFA qualification or equivalent is preferred;
  • Strong knowledge of capital markets and institutional markets;
  • Experience in quarterly and annual investor reporting;
  • Strong modelling and financial / accounting skills;
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills ;
  • Strong presentation skills for in-person client calls and meetings;
  • Proven project management skills to drive projects through from conception to output;
  • Motivated and self-driven, with the ability to deliver objectives in a fast-paced, pressurized environment ;
  • Excellent organizational skills and capability to effectively manage priorities while meeting timelines;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English & Polish.
  • Advanced knowledge of data management in Excel, presentation skills on PowerPoint and Word office ;
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally for business purposes at short notice
