STANOWISKO:  Starszy Analityk ds. Planowania i Analiz Finansowych

Your responsibilities: 

• Preparing output information for creating the cost and revenue budget of a budget and long term financial plan; 

• Preparing required disclosures and information for the Group team and uploading required financial information to the reporting tool; 

• Cooperation with commercial finance and  finance managers to ensure most accurate information is consolidated; 

• Taking part in the implementation of new financial systems solutions; 

• Supporting preparation of relevant Management performance reports ; 

• Review and analysis of financial statements and reports, developing financial projections and building financial models; 

• Ensuring compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations; 

• Conducting thorough research of historical financial data; 

• Comparing anticipated and actual results and liaising with Reporting team to identify areas of improvement; 

• Maintaining confidentiality of financial information and investment decisions; 

• Supporting the business with detailed analysis and reporting; 

• Leading data-driven decision making and driving performance improvements; 

• Designing and implementing insightful reporting to drive better visibility for opportunities; 

Our requirements: 

• Masters or Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; 

• 4+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling; 

• Ability to present financial information to a non-financial audience; 

• Working knowledge of financial strategies; 

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills; 

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills; 

• Detail-orientation and ability to perform in a high-pressure environment; 

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including advanced knowledge of Excel, Oracle, or related financial systems; 

• Familiarity with finance databases; 

• Understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERP); 

• Up-to-date with accounting laws and regulations; 

• Excellent analytical skills; 

• Ability to present financial data using detailed reports and charts; 

• Demonstrable strategic thinking skills; 

• Confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information. 

• Excellent command of the English language
