Country Communication Support Specialist

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Implements company’s communication support strategy in the German market by communicating with Pepco stores and field using available channels and tools (Newsletters, Bulletins, Emails, Memo, SharePoint, Intranet and others);
  • Adapts, edits, verifies communication content intended for German stores in a timely manner and in accordance with the adopted standards;
  • Works closely and proactively with communication support specialists in HO and with stores;
  • Cooperates with external partners to support stores in local areas required to keep right processes in stores;
  • Evaluates communication standards in terms of current requirements and provides suggestions to improve current operational processes on the country level;
  • Fosters relationship with local teams to ensure efficient communication flow and maintaining standards;
  • Provides support in creating and regular maintaining of Operational Plan, Monthly Activity Calendar, Pocket planner and store database in currently used  systems;
  • Supports new stores openings and existing stores in terms of legal requirements, inspections, documentation and other;
  • If necessary, takes part in projects related to development of communication tools or operational processes;
  • Supports implementation of new standards and procedures on the country level;
  • Handles incoming customer service cases, provides content-related information regarding the claims, request or feedbacks to assure proper customer service;
  • Delivers solutions to customer queries and claims following agreed procedures and standards;
  • Identifies people responsible for solving the problem if needed, ensures effective communication, updates on their progress and enforces solutions;
  • Reports unusual or serious problems or procedural errors to the manager
  • Drives process changes or documentation changes in other departments when needed;
  • Builds and maintains positive relationships in the team. Creates a work atmosphere conducive to creativity by supporting and actively listening to the ideas of others;
  • Strives for the highest quality of work performed.
  • Copes with difficult situations by identifying the problem, proposing and communicating solutions.

 

Requirements:

  • Advanced level of German allowing flawless communication with the stores;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Meticulous attention to detail;
  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools;
  • Working well under pressure and meeting deadlines;
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment;
  • Creative and self-motivated mindset;
  • Knowledge of a retail market will be a plus;
  • Very good level of English.
