IT PMO Specialist

 

 

Your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Oversee Project Management activities in alignment with the IT Operating Model.
  • Ensure adherence to IT Delivery governance structures.
  • Manage IT resources and collaborate with Project Managers and Line Managers to maintain accurate data.
  • Regularly review project statuses, including status reports, project gate transitions, closure actions, and RAID logs to ensure process compliance and efficiency.
  • Prepare reports for Senior Stakeholders to support project delivery and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure timely project closure by ensuring PMs have all necessary approvals and documentation.
  • Collaborate with the Group Transformation Office and other OpCos to ensure accurate reporting and alignment of project portfolios.
  • Work closely with the IT Engagement Team and IT Delivery Manager to plan capacity and resource availability for new project demands.
  • Administer the PPM (Portfolio Management Tool) and maintain the PM Knowledge Base (CMS and SharePoint) in updated, relevant, and user-friendly way.
  • Monitor changes to the IT Operating Model and update PMO/PM assets accordingly.
  • Promote PMO methodologies and tools within IT and provide training, information, and coaching to PMs as needed.

  • 3 years of PMO related experience.
  • Experience and expertise in Project Management.
  • Experience in working in international and fast changing retail environment will be an additional advantage.
  • Min. Bachelor’s degree.
  • Knowledge of Power PPM, Monday.com and Azure DevOps - will be an asset.
  • Portfolio financial control experience will be an asset.
  • Advanced level of English (min. B2/C1).
  • MS Office Package and PowerBI knowledge.
  • Ability to manage projects and learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to build strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.
