Treasury Back Office Specialist

 

 

Your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Requesting for issuance of bank guarantees and letters of credit,
  • Acting as an Admin within Corporate Card Management for Pepco Group and all other operational entities,
  • Preparing, executing and reconciling Treasury payments, including FX and InterCo settlements.
  • Analyzing and matching unmatched FX transactions within a dedicated system (Finastra) in a timely manner,
  • Preparing and archiving documents (KYC, various requests to banks, loan agreements etc.),
  • Collecting signatures on documents,
  • Timely and accurately reporting bank transactions and performing bank reconciliations,
  • Administrating user accesses and network user accesses,
  • Maintain and review Treasury procedures and policies,
  • Ensuring Treasury procedures and policies are in place,
  • Actively participating in projects,
  • Entering and maintaining Master Data in Treasury Management System (IT2),
  • Supporting Front Office in daily operations,
  • Communicating with counterparties and Banks in order to solve ad hoc problems relating to treasury transactions.

  • Min. 3 years of experience within the area of expertise or in finance,
  • Higher education - preferred studies: finance, economics, banking,
  • Advanced understanding of treasury transactions and bank processes,
  • Medium-advanced level of Excel,
  • Familiar with Treasury Management Systems (ideally IT2), confirmations matching system (ideally Finastra),
  • English min. B2 proficiency,
  • Team spirit and can-do attitude,
  • Ability to work in fast-paced international environment,
  • Strong ability to improve and finding gaps in processes long-term mindset,
  • High level of analytical and problem-solving skills,
  • Excellent work organization and detail-oriented.
