Senior HR Business Partner I Pepco HQ

We are looking for an experienced Senior HRBP who operates as a true business partner – strategically, operationally, and transformationally. This is a role for someone who wants to shape organizational direction and work closely with top leadership.

 

Your role:

 

  • Strategic partner to C-level executives – influencing key business decisions and long-term priorities
  • Supporting and developing multiple business areas within HQ structures
  • Leading complex, cross-functional HR initiatives with tangible business impact
  • Building and executing HR strategy fully aligned with business goals
  • Advising on organizational design, transformation, and change management
  • Operating in an international environment – collaborating with international colleagues and diverse teams

 

What we’re looking for:

 

  • 5 - 7+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in complex organizations
  • Proven track record of partnering with senior leadership / executive teams
  • Experience across multiple business functions (e.g., retail, operations, HQ functions)
  • Strong expertise in organizational design, talent management, and performance management
  • Ability to act as a trusted advisor in complex and sensitive people matters
  • Experience in international environments
  • Fluent English
