Currently we are looking for a new team member to join our Pepco Team as a:
Senior Employer Branding and Employee Experience Specialist
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Plan and deliver employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns across multiple markets and channels.
- Create engaging content for social media, career pages, digital platforms, presentations, videos, and internal communications.
- Manage and develop employer branding assets, including templates, visuals, photography, videos, and campaign materials.
- Design and coordinate creative materials in collaboration with agencies and using tools such as Canva.
- Support employee experience, engagement, culture, DEI, ESG, and sustainability initiatives through effective communication and employer branding activities.
- Contribute to CSRD reporting by preparing people and culture narratives, coordinating inputs with stakeholders, maintaining supporting documentation, and collaborating with internal and external auditors during the reporting process.
- Monitor campaign performance and engagement metrics, providing insights and recommendations.
- Partner with HR, ESG Corporate Communications, and external agencies to deliver cross-functional projects.
Skills and experience we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree (Master's degree is an advantage).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Employer Branding, Communications, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
- Experience creating and delivering communication or employer branding campaigns.
- Strong writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
- Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
- Understanding of employer branding, employee experience, social media, and digital communication.
- Familiarity with ESG and CSRD reporting requirements is an advantage.
- Ability to coordinate complex cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented.
