Sales and Stock Analysis Manager

Your key responsibilities will be:
- Lead the consolidation of sales and inventory data across all Pepco entities, providing accurate and timely insights into performance trends.
- Develop and manage comprehensive budgets and forecasts for sales and stock levels, analysing variances and adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Analyse sales trends and stock levels, providing actionable insights to the executive team.
- Work closely with the Buying team to optimize inventory levels, ensuring strategic alignment with financial goals and product availability
- Oversee the preparation of detailed financial reports for monthly trade meetings and weekly updates, ensuring key financial and operational KPIs are highlighted.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in financial reporting and analytics, leveraging new technologies and processes to enhance the accuracy and timeliness of financial data.
- Bring in new ways of working and insight from external sources.
- Support the financial month-end process, focusing on sales and in5entory variances.
- Generate ad-hoc reports to aid in strategic decision-making across the business.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency within the team.
Skills and experience we are looking for:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, in large, complex businesses ideally in FMCG or retail.
- Extensive experience working with non-finance business partners.
- Master degree preferably in the field of Accounting/ Financial reporting.
- English proficiency (C2/C1), additional languages will be an advantage.
- At least good knowledge of the MS Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to work under significant time pressure to meet deadlines and partner with finance and non-finance stakeholders on a regional basis.
- Focus on team development and high level of delivery through others.
- Problem solver with a can-do attitude and proved track of successful.
- Excellent planning and analytical skills kills, ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
- Ability to create and nurture strong relationships across different departments and different seniority levels.
- Note this is a fixed term employment contract until December 2025.
