Currently we are looking for a new team member to join our Pepco Team as a:

SEO Expert

Your key responsibilities will be: 

• Own and grow organic search visibility, ensuring customers can easily discover relevant products, offers and inspiration
• Drive sustainable, high‑quality organic traffic by prioritizing high‑value keyword opportunities aligned with market demand and the product portfolio
• Secure strong and competitive visibility for priority categories while continuously improving organic click‑through rates
• Translate search insights and trends into actionable recommendations for Buying, Marketing and Content teams
• Define and oversee the SEO content framework across category pages, blog and informational content
• Identify and drive technical and platform improvements that enhance search performance, crawlability and Core Web Vitals
• Lead and challenge the external SEO agency, monitor competitors and proactively adapt the search strategy in line with algorithm, AI and regulatory changes

Skills and experience we are looking for:

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, Economics, Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar senior SEO or search‑focused role, preferably in an e‑commerce or digital‑first environment
• Strong ability to identify high‑impact keyword opportunities and prioritize them based on business value and search demand
• Proven experience translating search intent into actionable content, structural and on‑page recommendations
• Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to interpret visibility, CTR, ranking and competitive data and turn insights into strategic decisions
• Solid understanding of technical SEO fundamentals, including the ability to clearly define development requirements and success metrics

• Strong market and trend awareness, including algorithm updates, AI‑driven search evolution and regulatory implications impacting search visibility
