We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reward Manager to lead and optimize our remuneration and benefits strategy across 18 European countries. This role encompasses store, office, and distribution center positions and reports directly to the HR Director, offering high-level strategic influence and autonomy.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and implement a global remuneration and benefits strategy that ensures internal consistency and external competitiveness.
  • Manage annual salary cycles, job valuations, and benefits optimization across all countries, ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Management Board, senior leaders, line managers, and HR teams to deliver strategic advice and actionable insights.
  • Conduct salary reviews, benchmarking studies, and compensation analyses to align with markets trends and company goals.
  • Enhance tools and processes, recommending new technologies to increase efficiency and scalability of HR systems.
  • Lead a team of specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

 

What We’re Looking For

 

  • Experience: 5+ years in compensation and benefits roles, preferably in multi-country organizations.
  • Education: Master’s degree in HR, Economics, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of labor laws, job evaluation methods, and tools like Microsoft Dynamics AX and data reporting systems.
  • Competencies: Analytical thinking, project management, decision-making, and strong communication skills.
  • Language: Advanced proficiency in English.
