Currently we are looking for a new team member to join our Pepco Team as a:
Webmaster
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Manage and update website and app content using CMS (text, images, multimedia, documents).
- Configure and maintain CMS components, templates, modules, and page layouts in line with UX and brand guidelines.
- Ensure SEO best practices within CMS (metadata, URLs, structured content) to improve visibility and engagement.
- Monitor website performance and analytics; optimize content and structure accordingly.
- Ensure website quality, consistency, accessibility, security, and frontend integrity.
- Troubleshoot CMS and frontend configuration issues (broken components, layout or content inconsistencies).
- Optimize and standardize publishing workflows to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Content, SEO, IT, and Design teams to support digital initiatives.
- Support testing and UAT activities to ensure correct implementation before release.
Skills and experience we are looking for:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar web, CMS, or digital role.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken, required for leading meetings and creating or editing documentation.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross‑border, international environment, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals.
- Hands‑on experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as Amplience, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), WordPress, Drupal, or similar.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, including identifying issues and escalating when needed.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Good understanding of website architecture, web technologies, and best practices related to performance and security.
- Experience working with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Power BI, or equivalent).
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders.
- Problem‑solving mindset with a proactive and solution‑oriented approach.
