Procure to Pay Process Owner

Responsibilities:
· Playing a central role in designing, validating, and maintaining the global Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process in alignment with the company’s finance transformation strategy, ensuring it meets business needs and adheres to global standards and best practices across ERP solutions, automation tools, and process optimization/centralization initiatives.
· Leading the standardization of P2P processes across countries, challenging local variations to enable a harmonized, scalable operating model that supports both system and process transformation.
· Working closely with IT, Finance, Procurement, and external implementation partners to deliver an integrated and automated P2P solution, whether through ERP deployments, targeted digital tools, or automation platforms. Driving organizational change by promoting process ownership, adoption, and consistency across functions and regions, ensuring successful transitions to new ways of working.
· Overseeing training, testing, and rollout of the P2P modules, ensuring operational readiness and system compliance with functional requirements.
· Contributing to the design and implementation of centralized finance operations ensuring seamless P2P process integration with both ERP and the centralized business model.
· Developing detailed process documentation to guide the transition to centralized structure of Finance operations.
· Leading the setup and development of the AP team, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance oversight.
· Building and executing training programs to embed standardized practices and ensure process adherence within the AP team.
· Post go-live, governing and optimizing P2P processes continuously to drive efficiency, compliance, and user satisfaction.
· Establishing and tracking KPIs to monitor process performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
· Acting as a key change agent in a fast-paced, international environment, promoting process excellence and transformation sustainability.
Requirements:
· Holding a university degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certification (e.g. CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
· Demonstrating deep knowledge of P2P processes, including procurement, vendor management, with emphasis on P2P optimization on AP processes (invoice handling, and payments).
· Solid experience operating within ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP), preferably in a global or multi-country setting, with a strong understanding of standardized processes and system capabilities.
· Has a proven background in working within centralized or outsourced finance environments, with a strong grasp of best practices and performance expectations in P2P operations..
· Applying change management and stakeholder engagement skills during large-scale transformation programs.
· Operating effectively in ambiguous, dynamic environments with a strong focus on delivery and execution.
· Communicating fluently in English (both written and spoken), with the ability to influence across functions and levels. Additional languages are considered an asset
· Building trusted relationships and collaborating across business units and geographies.
· Demonstrating openness to working in a hybrid model, combining remote and onsite collaboration when required.
