About the role

As a Pricing Manager, you will play key role in developing and optimizing pricing strategy across a cluster of markets. Working closely with country teams and key business stakeholders, you will drive pricing initiatives that support profitable growth, strengthen competitiveness, and deliver sustainable commercial results. You'll combine data-driven insights with market understanding to influence pricing decisions and ensure consistent execution across the region.

Your key responsibilities will be: 

• Execute and optimize pricing strategy across the assigned region to drive growth and profitability.
• Monitor pricing performance, identify margin improvement opportunities, and implement recovery actions.
• Analyze pricing trends across countries, categories, and products, turning data into actionable recommendations.
• Lead local price testing initiatives and support pricing decisions with clear business insights.
• Partner with Pricing, Buying, Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure effective execution.
• Support pricing activities for new market entries and strategic growth initiatives.
• Lead and develop a team of Pricing Analysts, ensuring high-quality analysis and business impact.

Skills and experience we are looking for:

• 6–10 years of experience in Pricing, Commercial Analytics, Revenue Management, Category Management, Consulting, or a related field.
• Experience in retail, FMCG, or other fast-paced multi-market environments.
• Strong understanding of pricing strategy, margin management, and commercial decision-making.
• Proven ability to translate complex data and analyses into clear business recommendations.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with Power BI, Excel, and large datasets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions.
• Very good command of English (C1); additional European languages are a plus.
