Operation Change and Continuous Improvement Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Leading business requirements definition for projects related to store operations and field processes.
- Gathering, evaluating, and approving business requirements to ensure solutions meet operational needs.
- Preparing business documentation, proposing process improvements, and validating expected business benefits.
- Coordinating testing, training, pilot programs, and rollouts by securing the necessary operational resources.
- Identifying, evaluating, and recommending new technologies to improve store and field operations.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor solutions, preparing benchmarks, and providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Overseeing testing of store and field systems, approving test scenarios, and monitoring production quality.
- Representing the Operations function in cross-functional projects, workshops, and implementation initiatives.
- Supporting new country openings by validating local operational requirements, approving exceptions where required, and coordinating store systems training.
- Collaborating with external vendors to ensure timely delivery and successful implementation of solutions.
- Building strong relationships across departments, ensuring effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and smooth change management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a retail environment.
- Experience in project management and leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, store processes, and operational systems.
- Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into practical business solutions.
- Experience coordinating system testing, implementation, and change management activities.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- PRINCE2 or another recognized Project Management certification is a strong advantage.
- English at a minimum B2 level (written and spoken).
