Key Responsibilities:

Providing day-to-day legal support to business units, with a focus on corporate and commercial law, including Pepco Group operations across foreign jurisdictions.

Drafting and reviewing a wide range of corporate and commercial documents, including shareholders’ resolutions, board resolutions, powers of attorney, corporate policies, and commercial contracts.

Maintaining corporate documentation and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.

Supporting regulatory filings and handling communication with external law firms and regulatory authorities.

Monitoring legal and regulatory developments relevant to the company’s operations and ensuring appropriate internal dissemination.

Coordinating document execution processes, managing internal and external approval workflows, and ensuring proper archiving of executed documents.

Collaborating closely with other departments (including Group Legal, Compliance, and Finance/Tax) to deliver integrated, business-aligned legal support.
Requirements:

Master’s degree in Law.

Bar admission completed or currently in progress.

Minimum of 3 years of legal experience gained in an in-house legal department or a corporate law firm.

Solid understanding of corporate and commercial law.

Strong legal drafting skills and the ability to communicate legal concepts clearly and effectively.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, international business environment.

Working proficiency in English (both written and spoken), allowing for confident legal and business communication.

High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate complex processes.

Proactive, business-oriented mindset with a hands-on, solution-driven approach.

Collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Willingness to work in a hybrid model with a minimum of 2–3 days per week spent in the Poznań office.
