FINANCE AUTOMATION LEAD 

Your responsibilities: 

• Evaluating and analyzing finance business processes to determine their suitability for automation using RPA and to identify automation opportunities; 

• Designing, developing and testing RPA bots using specific RPA tools and programming languages (e.g., UiPath, Python); 

• Identifying and communicating technical infrastructure requirements necessary for successful automation implementation; 

• Implementing bots into production environments, ensuring smooth integration and functionalit;. 

• Monitoring and debugging bots, troubleshooting any issues that arise; 

• Maintaining and updating existing bots to optimize performance and adapt to changing requirements; 

• Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation related to the automated solutions and processes; 

• Communicating project risks, issues, and change inputs effectively to relevant stakeholders; 

• Working closely with IT and business units to ensure seamless integration of new automated solutions with existing systems and processes; 

• Providing ongoing support and maintenance for deployed automation processes to ensure continuous efficiency; 

• Participating in training and skill development programs to enhance automation development knowledge and expertise; 

• Providing support and training for Automation Specialists within the Automation team. 

Our requirements: 

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience; 

• University degree in IT development related discipline; 

• Solid experience in RPA technologies, tools, and frameworks; 

• Strong process-minded thinking and analytical skills; 

• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to logically break down a problem into smaller manageable parts to solve; 

• Experience in working with virtual and dispersed teams; 

• Experience with software development, programming, specifically with RPA tools, 

• Basic understanding of RPA concepts and tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere), 

• Basic understanding of Agile Project Management Frameworks (Scrum / DSDM / Xp), 

• Familiarity with Oracle MOM, Fusion ERP, or Microsoft Dynamics 2012 ERP is an advantage; 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; 

• Good communication and teamwork abilities; 

• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies; 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment ; 

• Fluency in English.
