Learning and Development Specialist

*Fixed-term contract for approximately 18 months. 

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Coordinate and support learning initiatives and development programmes for office and store employees.
• Deliver selected online and face-to-face training sessions and workshops.
• Support the creation and update of learning materials, presentations, and learner resources in collaboration with subject matter experts and the Global Learning team.
• Support and promote digital learning solutions, including LinkedIn Learning and Udemy Business, encouraging self-directed learning, blended learning, and continuous development across the organization
• Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, learner communication, administration, and follow-up activities.
• Publish and maintain learning content on digital learning platforms.
• Collect learner feedback, monitor participation, and prepare reports to evaluate learning initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to promote learning opportunities and drive learner engagement.
• Support global learning projects and contribute to the continuous improvement of learning processes and tools.
• Stay up to date with learning trends and best practices to enhance the learner experience.

Skills and experience we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Learning & Development or a related HR area; experience in a large, multinational organization is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple learning activities simultaneously.
• Experience in training coordination and learner communication.
• Interest in digital learning tools and modern learning solutions.
• Comfortable working with learner feedback.
• Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Openness to work on a fixed-term contract for approximately 18 months.
