Learning and Development Specialist

*Fixed-term contract for approximately 18 months.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Coordinate and support learning initiatives and development programmes for office and store employees.
- Deliver selected online and face-to-face training sessions and workshops.
- Support the creation and update of learning materials, presentations, and learner resources in collaboration with subject matter experts and the Global Learning team.
- Support and promote digital learning solutions, including LinkedIn Learning and Udemy Business, encouraging self-directed learning, blended learning, and continuous development across the organization
- Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, learner communication, administration, and follow-up activities.
- Publish and maintain learning content on digital learning platforms.
- Collect learner feedback, monitor participation, and prepare reports to evaluate learning initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to promote learning opportunities and drive learner engagement.
- Support global learning projects and contribute to the continuous improvement of learning processes and tools.
- Stay up to date with learning trends and best practices to enhance the learner experience.
Skills and experience we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree is an advantage).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Learning & Development or a related HR area; experience in a large, multinational organization is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple learning activities simultaneously.
- Experience in training coordination and learner communication.
- Interest in digital learning tools and modern learning solutions.
- Comfortable working with learner feedback.
- Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Openness to work on a fixed-term contract for approximately 18 months.
