Layout and Planogram Designers Team Leader

Responsibilities
- Leading and coordinating daily team activities, setting priorities, monitoring progress, and ensuring high-quality delivery
- Managing, developing, and motivating team members through goal setting, regular feedback, and training initiatives
- Building a positive, collaborative team culture and resolving day-to-day challenges
- Supervising and contributing to key projects while identifying opportunities for process improvements
- Preparing and analyzing reports to support business decisions
- Managing and coordinating store layout projects in line with company standards and assortment plans
- Preparing and verifying layouts for new and existing stores, and translating assortment plans into effective in-store solutions
- Collaborating closely with Planning and VM teams to ensure consistent and high-quality execution
- Coordinating furniture and fixture orders in line with approved layouts
- Maintaining layout databases (e.g. AX, BY, SLM), ensuring data accuracy, updating changes, and preparing analyses for stakeholders
- Demonstrating company values and monitoring market and competitor trends
Requirements
- University degree (e.g. architecture, interior design, retail, space planning or related field)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail, space planning, VM, assortment planning or related areas
- Proven experience in a team leadership or project management role
- Strong knowledge of store layout design, shop fixtures, and VM spatial planning principles
- Basic understanding of budgeting and cost estimation
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and AutoCAD
- English at minimum B2 level (both spoken and written)
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of ownership, independence, and goal orientation
- Strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to solve problems, make decisions, and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
- Customer-oriented mindset, creativity, and openness to change
- Understanding of commercial space planning principles
- Willingness to travel for business purposes
