Knowledge Coordinator

Main Responsibilities:

 

  • Ensuring that the stores, headoffice, IT department have the knowledge it needs, applying it effectively in projects and daily work, and capturing and sharing new knowledge.
  • Identifying critical knowledge areas for the organization, including technical, strategic, business, environmental, and interpersonal aspects.
  • Mapping subject matter experts within the organization and involving them in the knowledge management process.
  • Coaching teams in using knowledge management processes and tools.
  • Developing process tools for learning before, during, and after projects, integrating them into daily operations.
  • Creating and maintaining processes for capturing, storing, validating, and retrieving knowledge internally and externally.
  • Facilitating post-project learning capture for all significant initiatives.
  • Making knowledge generated within the organization visible, accessible, and useful.
  • Monitoring and improving IT tools and systems used for knowledge management.
  • Raising awareness about knowledge management principles and their business impact.
  • Working with leadership to position knowledge management as a business priority, promoting seeking and sharing of knowledge.
  • Supporting cultural change from data/information push to knowledge pull and sharing.
  • Ensuring appropriate IT solutions are enabling effective knowledge management.

 

 

Our Requirements:

 

  • Experience in IT (min. 2 years) or related area.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
  • Communicating effectively across different media.
  • Listening actively with an open and facilitative style.
  • Ability to influence effectively across teams and levels.
  • Building strong networks and sharing ideas.
  • Understanding business processes and organizational strategy.
  • Thinking strategically about culture, behavior, processes, and technology.
  • Ability to recognize service needs at both operational and strategic levels.
  • Applying principles of knowledge management in practice.
  • English - min. B2 level.
  • Experience with e-learning tools like Camtasia Studio, Canva, and Articulate 360 is a big plus.
  • Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system is a big plus.
