Key Responsibilities:
· Leading cross-functional Finance-related projects (process, systems, operations), ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives and compliance standards.
· Defining project scope and implementation plans, collaborating closely with Finance teams, Procurement, and other key departments.
· Building robust business cases with measurable KPIs, manage project budgets, and track financial benefits (e.g. sourcing savings).
· Coordinating cross-functional teams (Finance, Procurement, IT, SMEs), ensuring effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement at all levels
· Ensure strong project governance, risk management, documentation, and progress reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
· Facilitating workshops, ensure quality and pace of delivery, and regularly update steering committees and sponsors.
· Supporting post-implementation reviews, identifying lessons learned and continuous improvement based on outcomes and KPIs.
· Applying strong knowledge of P2P processes and related financial controls to ensure successful project outcomes and operational readiness.
Requirements:
· 5+ years of proven experience as a Business Project Manager delivering cross-functional projects, ideally in Finance and/or Procurement.
· Hands-on experience with process automation projects related to P2P and/or R2R.
· Experience in matrixed organizations with diverse stakeholder groups (Finance, Procurement, IT, Legal, Business)
· Familiarity with S2P tools (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, etc.)
· Exposure to Shared Service Centre or BPO transitions is a strong advantage.
· Strong leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication in Englsh
· Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills
· Business acumen and financial awareness
· Ability to manage budgets, track savings, and report financial KPIs.
· Sound judgment and the ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations.
· Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive approach to achieving objectives.
