Currently we are looking for a new team member to join our Pepco Team as a:

Finance Change Manager

Your key responsibilities will be: 

• Lead, develop, and support the Finance Change Team.
• Drive finance transformation projects and system implementations across 18 international markets.
• Manage project delivery, ensuring agreed scope, timelines, quality, and business outcomes are achieved.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, IT, and Business stakeholders to deliver complex change initiatives.
• Challenge assumptions, facilitate decision-making, and provide transparent updates on project status, risks, and delivery readiness.

Skills and experience we are looking for:

• Proven experience leading finance transformation, business change, or large-scale transformation projects.
• Previous people management experience and a track record of leading high-performing teams.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working across Finance, IT, and Business functions.
• Ability to challenge stakeholders, navigate difficult conversations, and drive decisions.
• Strong communication skills and fluent English (C1 level).
• Experience with ERP transformation, procurement systems, or finance technology projects will be an advantage.
