Commercial Planning Manager / Commercial & Products Lead Product Owner
Key responsibilities:
- Lead strategic commercial planning by aligning promotional activities with broader business objectives to drive revenue growth and maximize market impact;
- Utilize advanced analytics to inform strategic decisions, optimize promotional activities, and identify market trends and business opportunities;
- Oversee the implementation of a modern Product Information Management (PIM) solution and ensure ongoing management, improvements, and operational setup for digitized product stock management;
- Collaborate with marketing, planning, buying, operation and design teams to develop cohesive and effective promotional strategies;
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for strategic initiatives;
- Continuously evaluate and improve commercial planning processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness;
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting for promotional activities, ensuring alignment with financial goals;
- Develop, monitor, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of commercial planning initiatives;
- Establish and standardize commercial planning workflows to set industry-leading best practices;
- Provide regular updates and strategic insights to senior management.
Requirements:
- Higher education (Master's preferred);
- Minimum of 8 years of professional working experience, ideally with a mix of industry, consulting, or software house backgrounds;
- Proven ability to manage both ongoing business operations and newly built teams with agility and self-starting capabilities;
- Experience with modern PIM solutions and understanding of e-commerce technologies;
- Familiarity with commercial teams focused on promotional and pricing strategies;
- Strong business and technical acumen with knowledge of PIM, headless CMS, Customer Data Platforms, and API-based loyalty & promotion engines;
- Proven experience in mobile app development lifecycles, from ideation and requirements definition to maintenance and growth stages;
- Proficiency in agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and experience in cross-functional team environments;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance diverse interests and drive collaborative solutions
- Fluent English – must have.
