Junior Trade Marketing Specialist

Your key responsibilities will be:
- Assist in adapting the promotional calendar for the Poland and Baltics markets, adjusting it to local needs to support key trading periods.
- Plan and coordinate instore POSM materials.
- Assist in coordinating and implementing tactical trade marketing promotions.
- Cooperation with store and other departments.
- Assist Marketing Manager in other daily tasks.
Skills and experience we are looking for:
- Min. 1,5 years of experience in a similar marketing role, preferably in retail marketing or retail operations.
- Bachelor’s degree or final-year student.
- Advanced level of English, both spoken and written.
- MS Office literacy, including advanced Excel skills.
- Analytical and communication skills.
- Willingness to work on a 12-month fixed-term employment contract (with the possibility of extension up to 2 years) at 1/2 time (part-time).
