Junior International Marketing Specialist

Your key responsibilities:
- Act as a point of contact for Local Brand Communication Specialists, executing social media strategy and non-standard content marketing activities.
- Cooperate closely with the Brand Communication Specialists in the HUB Marketing Communication Team.
- Coordinate additional activations, including paid and organic marketing communication.
- Approve local activations across various channels, ensuring consistency with brand strategy and brand identity.
- Support Local Teams in licensed campaigns.
- Ensure that Social Media moderation activities in local markets follow Customer Service policies.
- Gather feedback from local teams, coordinate the samples process, and prepare reports on influencer activities and KPI performance.
- Manage regular website updates and oversee content amendments.
- Monitor website content for new market openings.
- Identify improvement opportunities, collect and analyze data, and address potential issues.
Skills and experience we are looking for:
- Minimum 1,5 years of experience in a similar role in marketing or in project management (experience in digital and social media marketing preferred).
- Experience in the commercial (retail) industry and in an international environment will be an additional advantage.
- Bachelor Degree (Master’s Degree preferred).
- Knowledge of marketing tools and channels.
- Understanding of advertising tools and consumer promotion processes.
- Familiarity with consumer promotion and personal data protection regulations.
- Advanced level of English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power Point).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and customer-focused mindset.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Candidates with more extensive experience than required may also be considered for a Specialist position.
