Currently we are looking for a new team member to join our Pepco Team as a:
Investment and Facilities Manager for HQ and country offices
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Manage company office and operational properties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and alignment with corporate standards.
- Oversee maintenance, technical infrastructure, and preventive inspections while ensuring compliance with health & safety and legal requirements.
- Monitor property condition, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Lead and coordinate fit-out, refurbishment, and investment projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
- Develop and supervise technical documentation, layouts, and project execution in collaboration with external partners and consultants.
- Manage budgets (CAPEX/OPEX), control costs, and ensure financial discipline and accurate project settlement.
- Oversee supplier selection, tender processes, contract negotiations, and vendor performance across all facility-related services.
- Lead and develop the Facilities & Investment team, ensuring strong performance, collaboration, and alignment with business objectives.
Skills and experience we are looking for:
- University degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Real Estate, Facilities Management, Project Management, or a related field (technical background is an advantage).
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in investment, construction, facilities, property, or technical project management.
- Experience in team leadership or coordination roles.
- Proven track record in managing office fit-out, refurbishment, renovation, or development projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction law, building regulations, technical standards, and health & safety requirements.
- Experience in budget management (CAPEX/OPEX), cost control, and financial reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder, supplier, and contract management skills combined with strong negotiation abilities.
- Advanced project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Good command of English (min. B2).
- Valid cat B driving license.
