Import and Promotional Deliveries Coordinator

Currently we are looking for a new team member to join our Pepco Team as a:
Import and Promotional Deliveries Specialist
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Analyzing shipment and delivery data (primarily sea freight) using Excel and internal systems
- Verifying order execution against plan (timelines, bookings, container utilization)
- Monitoring shipment progress and identifying discrepancies or delays
- Validating data accuracy and ensuring consistency across systems (ERP)
- Collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to clarify data and resolve issues
- Recommending process improvements based on data analysis
- Supporting reporting and maintaining process documentation
Skills and experience we are looking for:
- Advanced Excel skills (working with large datasets, data analysis)
- Bachelor’s degree
- Good command of English (B2)
- Experience working with data and systems (e.g. ERP)
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to verify, interpret, and draw conclusions from data
- Good organization, prioritization, and ability to work under time pressure
Nice to have:
- Basic understanding of supply chain or import processes
- Experience in logistics environment
