IT Service Delivery Team Leader

Your main responsibilities:
- Ensuring proper functioning of Stores Support Section
- Managing the User Support Process
- Managing cooperation with External Providers
- Building and managing the Knowledge Base
- Conducting analyses and reports
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of work in the IT services area
- Relevant educational background in IT or related fields
- Advanced proficiency in English
- Experience in team management
- Good PC skills, especially MS Office tools
- Experience with organizing training programs
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
