We're Hiring:
Head of Design (Clothing) | Head Office in Poznan, Poland
We are seeking a highly creative and strategic design leader to shape and drive the visual direction of our clothing division, spanning Kids, Baby, and Adult categories as well as underwear and accessories. This role will combine visionary design leadership with hands-on team management, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of market trends to deliver outstanding creative results. As a key creative partner to Category Heads, you will drive alignment between product, brand, and graphic identity across collections.
What You'll Do:
- Design Strategy & Direction
Lead the design vision for all clothing categories, translating brand strategy into clear seasonal directions. Ensure visual consistency and relevance across products. - Trend & Market Insight
Oversee global trend research and competitor analysis to inform creative direction. Collaborate with agencies and freelancers to innovate prints and patterns. - Creative Process & Quality Management
Ensure high-quality design execution across channels while streamlining workflows. Balance creative vision with commercial objectives and maintain brand integrity. - Team Leadership & Coordination
Manage and inspire the Graphic team, setting priorities and driving timely project delivery. Foster strong collaboration with Category and Product Managers. - Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Buying, VM, Marketing, and Planning to align design with business goals. Represent design in key decisions and support visual content needs.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven design leadership experience in fast-paced retail environments.
- Strong track record of delivering creative projects.
- Expertise in art direction, graphic design, and digital content creation.
- Experience managing brand consistency and creative processes.
- Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams, fostering collaboration and high creative standards.
- Strategic mindset with a deep understanding of customer behaviour and retail trends.
- Proficient in industry-standard design software.
- Ability to balance creativity with business objectives and commercial results.
- Fluent Business English.
- Willingness to be on-site at the Poznań Head Office with an average of 2–3 days per week (relocation not required), along with readiness for additional business travel as required.
