- Champion employee experience through intuitive, seamless digital solutions.
- Drive innovation to enhance efficiency by continuously exploring markets and emerging HR trends in terms of systems, analytics, technologies, and methodologies.
3. Global HR Process Optimization
- Lead process mapping and documentation of global HR processes as well as implementing and leading shared services, where appropriate.
- Drive standardization while respecting local compliance and cultural requirements.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline operations.
4. You’ll also secure the Governance & Compliance area:
- Data compliance and audit readiness.
- Risk management and policy implementation.
What We’re Looking For:
Strategic Experience in Multinational Environments
- Proven success in multinational settings, ideally with a background in consulting, retail, or operational roles.
- Capable of driving strategic initiatives with a strong hands-on approach to operational execution.
Expertise in HR Analytics & Technology
- Proven experience in HR Analytics, including advanced data analysis, statistical modeling, and proficiency in tools such as Power BI, SQL, or relevant programming languages.
- Deep expertise in HR systems and data architecture, combined with a continuous improvement mindset and process optimization skills.
- Deep interest in HR Tech, AI advancements, and emerging analytics methodologies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Product Ownership
- Experience working in a Business Product Owner model, collaborating closely with IT teams to align technology with business needs.
- A business-first mindset with a people-centric approach to solution design and implementation.
Leadership & Team Development
- Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in HR analytics or systems functions.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to influence across functions and geographies.
Flexibility & On-Site Presence
- Willingness to be on-site at the Poznań Head Office at least 50% of the time (relocation not required).
