HR Analytics, Systems & Processes Director

This role is a cornerstone of our journey toward Process Excellence 2.0 and driving business performance. It’s about enabling smarter, more agile, and people-centric operations through data-driven decision-making, digital enablement, intelligent workforce planning, and a culture of continuous improvement.

You will lead strategic changes while remaining hands-on—driving innovation in how we leverage insights, systems, and global processes to support a growing, multinational business. At the same time, you’ll guide a team to deliver sustainable, high-impact outcomes.

The role is about partnering with the business, connecting people strategy with business goals, and acting as a catalyst to inspire and enable the organization to thrive by unlocking the full potential of our people.

Main responsibilities will include:

1. Data & Insights

  • Define and implement a robust HR data strategy and governance model. Develop a clear road map for the HR Analytics function.
  • Deliver advanced analytics and reporting tools with strategic insights that empower HR and business leaders.
  • Track and optimize HR performance metrics to assess and drive operational excellence.

2. Technology Enablement

  • Act as Business Product Owner for HR systems, collaborating closely with IT to align tech with business needs.
  • Oversee HR system integration.
  • Champion employee experience through intuitive, seamless digital solutions.
  • Drive innovation to enhance efficiency by continuously exploring markets and emerging HR trends in terms of systems, analytics, technologies, and methodologies.

3. Global HR Process Optimization

  • Lead process mapping and documentation of global HR processes as well as implementing and leading shared services, where appropriate.
  • Drive standardization while respecting local compliance and cultural requirements.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline operations.

4. You’ll also secure the Governance & Compliance area:

  • Data compliance and audit readiness.
  • Risk management and policy implementation.

What We’re Looking For:

Strategic Experience in Multinational Environments

  • Proven success in multinational settings, ideally with a background in consulting, retail, or operational roles.
  • Capable of driving strategic initiatives with a strong hands-on approach to operational execution.

Expertise in HR Analytics & Technology

  • Proven experience in HR Analytics, including advanced data analysis, statistical modeling, and proficiency in tools such as Power BI, SQL, or relevant programming languages.
  • Deep expertise in HR systems and data architecture, combined with a continuous improvement mindset and process optimization skills.
  • Deep interest in HR Tech, AI advancements, and emerging analytics methodologies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Product Ownership

  • Experience working in a Business Product Owner model, collaborating closely with IT teams to align technology with business needs.
  • A business-first mindset with a people-centric approach to solution design and implementation.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in HR analytics or systems functions.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to influence across functions and geographies.

Flexibility & On-Site Presence

  • Willingness to be on-site at the Poznań Head Office at least 50% of the time (relocation not required).

Why choose us?

  • Impactful and Strategic Role
You’ll step into a position that truly matters — reporting directly to the Group CHRO and playing a central role in shaping our HR strategy across 18 countries. Your work will directly influence how we support thousands of employees across Europe.

  • International Environment and Business Growth
With nearly 4,000 stores across 18 European markets, we offer the scale and complexity of a multinational business — combined with the agility of a fast-growing retailer. You’ll work in a dynamic, cross-cultural environment that values strategic thinking and adaptability.
