Graphic and Design Manager

Your key responsibilities will be:
- Execute and implement visual direction and design guidelines provided by the Head of Design across assigned categories
- Supervise the creation of print graphics, artworks, and visual elements, ensuring quality, consistency, and commercial relevance
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of graphic designers, including task allocation and performance management
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Design, Buying, and Planning teams to ensure cohesive product and customer experience
- Manage project timelines, monitor progress, and ensure on-time delivery while resolving design and production challenges
Skills and experience we are looking for:
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in graphic design, including team leadership
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with strong creative and artistic skills (drawing, composition, typography)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize workload, and deliver within deadlines and budgets
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, including ability to present to senior leadership
- Leadership mindset with strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, business awareness, and ability to drive team engagement and development
