Finance Specialist

Your responsibilities:
- Preparing and analyzing monthly financial results, including Budget vs. Actual analysis, variance explanations, and management reporting.
- Supervising month-end closing, coordinating with Finance and Accounting teams, investigating deviations, and ensuring data accuracy.
- Developing, implementing, and improving financial and accounting processes, including cost control tools and payment approvals.
- Providing regular and ad-hoc financial reporting such as cash flow, stock cost reviews, bank guarantees, and store profitability validation.
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning (5YPs), and investment initiatives across business teams.
- Providing financial insights for projects, tenders, market analyses, and efficiency initiatives.
- Supporting internal and external audits, Transfer Pricing documentation, and other compliance requirements.
- Maintaining communication with banks, financial institutions, insurers, external accounting teams, and fiscal advisors.
- Handling bank administration, expense reporting, reconciliations, invoicing support, and vendor balance confirmations.
- Delivering ad-hoc financial analyses and actionable recommendations to support management decisions.
Our requirements:
- Higher vocational degree (BA) in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a Finance Department or similar role.
- Basic understanding of Civil and Commercial Codes; working knowledge of the Accounting Act; familiarity with document circulation principles.
- Advanced MS Excel; experience with financial and accounting software (ERP, MS Dynamics, Oracle).
- Moderate proficiency in English.
- Strong communicative and customer-oriented skills, ability to communicate with different levels of seniority.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
- Openness to change; creative thinking; willingness to improve.
- Performance orientation; ownership of finance department and company financial operations, focus on process improvement.
