Finance Business Partner

Your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Support the IT and Digital&Loyalty Departments teams to deliver strategic planning, annual budgets, and forecasts for opex, capex, revenue, and markdown.
  • Identify and analyze key performance drivers, providing actionable insights to improve digital and data-driven outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain monthly management reporting, focusing on digital metrics and business performance.
  • Investigate and explain variances, offering clear, data-backed recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with functional directors and managers to foster two-way communication and drive digital transformation initiatives.
  • Provide analytical support for strategic digital projects, including business case development and ROI analysis.
  • Champion productivity and results improvement through data-driven decision-making.

 

Join Pepco, if you have:

 

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Finance Business Partner or in controlling area, preferably partnering with IT, E-commerce, or Digital teams; experience in omnichannel retailing or consulting company would be an advantage.
  • Proven ability to turn data into actionable insights that drive ROI and business growth. Solid understanding of digital metrics (e.g., CPA, ROAS, conversion rates) and how they impact financial performance. Experience with media spend analysis, promotional effectiveness, or customer acquisition cost modelling is a plus.
  • Master’s degree in Corporate Finance, Corporate Management, IT or related field.
  • Advanced project management and facilitation skills.
  • Fluent communication in English (min. B2).
  • Strong technical proficiency - advanced knowledge of MS Office.
  • Commercial awareness credibility as a trusted business partner to senior colleagues.
  • Proactive attitude, ambition and self-motivation, with a “can-do” attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to operate within tight deadlines.
  • Strong impact and credibility.
  • Ability and confidence to influence and challenge decision-making.
  • CIMA or ACCA certification would be an advantage.
