Finance Business Partner

Key responsibilities: 

 

  • Close partnership with Executive Directors and a centralized Supply Chain team to provide commercial analysis and insights into the financial and operational results;
  • Provide high-quality financial insight and guidance to stakeholders based on a commercial understanding of the business, market context and underlying business strategy to support decision-making processes;
  • Attend and be an integral part of senior team meetings with the relevant function providing financial insight and commercial context;
  • Preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term strategic plans by consolidating and analyzing financial data;
  • Maintain and improve regular financial and operational performance reporting processes;
  • Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analyses to support business case development and strategic initiatives;
  • Provide an analytical support for the key strategic and central business projects and initiatives;
  • Track and measure the performance of cost-saving initiatives and operational efficiencies;
  • Partner with finance colleagues and business stakeholders to gather insights and ensure alignment on financial objectives;
  • Prepare and present findings, analyses, and recommendations to management and cross-functional teams;
  • Support functional managers by delivering actionable insights into financial and operational drivers; 
  • Close collaboration with Supply Chain / Logistics Director in order to identify areas of productivity and results improvement;

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Min. 3 years of experience in financial analysis, finance business partnering, or related fields;
  • Exposure to working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in retail, FMCG, or a similar industry;
  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
  • Accounting or finance certifications (ACCA/CIMA/CPA) in progress or completed are a strong plus;
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Power BI or similar data visualization tools nice to have);
  • Advanced English proficiency enabling fluent communication in speaking and writing;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights;
  • Solid understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and business processes;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner;
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
