Finance Business Partner

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting Customer Department, Chief Customer Officer and Marketing Director and their teams in providing data for Strategic Plan, as well as Annual budgets and Forecasts for: opex, capex, income and headcount;
• Identifying key drivers of performance for the supported function;
• Introducing and maintaining monthly management accounts reporting for the function;
• Analysing any adverse variance to the plan and provide explanation why this happened;
• Providing explanation and insights of the current performance;
• Building and maintaining both ways communication with Functional Managers;
• Tracking performance of enhancement initiatives and cost cutting activities;
• Providing an analytical support for the key strategic and central business projects and initiatives;
• Creating business cases with cashflow projection and calculate rate of returns;
• Close collaboration with the supported function in order to identify areas of productivity and results improvement.

• At least 3 years of experience as a Finance Business Partner or in controlling area, preferably partnering with Marketing, E-commerce, or Digital teams; experience in omnichannel retailing or consulting company would be an advantage;
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive ROI and business growth. Solid understanding of digital metrics (e.g., CPA, ROAS, conversion rates) and how they impact financial performance. Experience with media spend analysis, promotional effectiveness, or customer acquisition cost modelling is a plus.
• Master’s degree preferably in Corporate Finance, Corporate Management, Marketing;
• Advanced knowledge of project management and facilitation methodology;
• Fluent communication in English (min. B2);
• Strong technical skills - advanced knowledge of MS Office;
• Commercial awareness and experience of acting as a trusted business partner to senior colleagues;
• Proactive attitude, ambition and self-motivation, with a “can-do” attitude;
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving and analytical skills;
• Multi-tasking skills, and ability to operate within tight deadlines;
• Strong impact and credibility;
• Ability and confidence to influence and challenge decision-making;
• Licences of CIMA or ACCA would be an advantage.
