Finance Analyst

Responsibilities
- Prepare regular financial and operational reports to support business performance.
- Analyse data to spot trends and provide clear insights for decision-making.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process with data inputs and model updates.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data used in reports and dashboards.
- Deliver ad-hoc analyses and support Finance Business Partners with materials for business reviews.
- Follow internal controls and finance policies to ensure compliant financial processes.
- Actively contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture.
Requirements
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Prior experience in financial analysis, reporting, or business support is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of financial principles,
- General knowledge of retail
- Strong technical skills in MS Office (especially Excel – formulas, pivot tables, charts; PowerPoint; Word); experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools is an advantage.
- Fluent in English (C1 level); additional languages are an advantage
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach.
- Team-oriented and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
