Executive Assistant to the CFO

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative and organizational support to the CFO
- Manage a complex calendar and coordinate internal and external meetings
- Organize domestic and international travel, including expense management
- Prepare presentations, reports, and materials for the Management Board and senior leadership
- Handle confidential correspondence and communications in English and Polish
- Liaise with Finance, Legal, Investor Relations, and other senior stakeholders
- Support strategic initiatives and ensure smooth document and information flow
- Anticipate executive needs, proactively identify challenges, respond to issues, and implement solutions
Requirements:
- University degree
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives (CFO or C-level preferred)
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
- Professional presence, discretion, and strong interpersonal skills
- Independent, proactive, solution-oriented, and able to respond effectively to challenges
Preferred:
- Experience in finance or working directly with a CFO
- Familiarity with financial terminology and corporate governance
- Experience preparing Board or investor materials
