This is an exciting opportunity to drive Pepco’s ESG performance and compliance agenda across 20+ markets, supporting transparent and data-driven sustainability reporting at scale.
About the Role
As ESG Reporting and Insights Manager, you will lead the design and execution of our ESG data and disclosure approach — from managing multi-market data streams to preparing reports aligned with leading frameworks (CSRD, EU Taxonomy, SFDR). You’ll work closely with Finance, Product, Supply Chain, Investor Relations and other key stakeholders to ensure robust reporting processes, insightful performance analysis, and compliance with evolving EU regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, validate, and manage ESG and sustainability data from internal and external sources
- Lead ESG disclosures and reporting (e.g. annual sustainability report, dashboards, investor ESG packs)
- Ensure alignment with regulatory frameworks including CSRD, EU Taxonomy, SFDR
- Develop internal data governance systems and audit-ready reporting protocols
- Analyse performance trends and generate actionable insights for Pepco ExCo and functional teams
- Monitor regulatory changes and market best practices
- Collaborate cross-functionally to embed ESG KPIs into day-to-day business decision-making
- Support investor relations by coordinating responses to ESG indices and ratings
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in ESG reporting, sustainability, or corporate responsibility, preferably in a listed company
- Strong understanding of European ESG regulations (CSRD, SFDR, EU Taxonomy)
- Ability to analyse complex sustainability data and translate into business-relevant insight
- Experience with ESG standards and frameworks (e.g. GRI, SASB, TCFD)
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including at C-level
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus
- Fluent in English
