ERP Planning Coordinator

Currently we are looking for a new team member to join our Pepco Team as a:

ERP Planning Coordinator

Join our ERP implementation project as an ERP Planning Coordinator and help shape how Planning processes will work in the new system. You will connect the Planning team with other business areas, coordinate key activities, and support the team throughout testing, training, and implementation.

This is a temporary position offered for a fixed period.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Representing the Planning team in ERP project workshops and coordinating project activities within the Planning area.
• Working with Planning colleagues to understand current processes, identify required changes, assign tasks, and monitor their progress.
• Cooperating with representatives from Procurement and other business areas to address cross-functional topics and develop practical solutions.
• Preparing and maintaining Planning-related project documentation, including meeting notes, process changes, key decisions, and impact summaries.
• Coordinating user testing, reviewing test scenarios and user manuals, and supporting end-user training within the Planning team.

Skills and experience we are looking for:

• A master’s degree, along with experience in coordinating a system implementation or process change, including organizing meetings, assigning tasks, following up on progress, and documenting outcomes.
• Professional experience in a retail environment and a good understanding of Planning processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, combined with a structured, accurate, and curious approach and the confidence to ask questions and suggest practical improvements.
• Understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall, and familiarity with tools such as Jira, Trello, or MS Project.
• Very good command of English, at least B2 level.
• Knowledge of SAP or another ERP system would be an advantage.
