About the Role
As our Consumer Insights and Market Analytics Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decisions by consolidating, analyzing, and interpreting internal and external research. Your insights will fuel our overall business strategy, marketing initiatives, and new growth opportunities across all our markets.
What You’ll Do
- Defines the information requirements for immediate and long-term customer, market, and competitive data needs.
- Identifies, analyses, and interprets patterns and stories conveyed through available transactional data to support the development of insights and customer segmentation.
- Develops, commissions, and project-manages all ongoing and ad hoc research studies based on specific business needs and objectives.
- Interprets, tests, and validates key challenges and opportunities identified from the analysis to drive meaningful and actionable insights that align with the business model and can be integrated into the business and marketing strategy.
- Communicates information, interpretations, and recommendations on key identified trends, issues, and opportunities to relevant internal stakeholders.
- Embeds a thorough and complete understanding of customers and prospective customers within the business.
- Facilitates workshops, when necessary, to identify trends, key issues, and opportunities with relevant internal stakeholders.
- Forecasts and manages budgets effectively, ensuring cost efficiency.
- Leads and develops a team, ensuring it is properly structured, motivated, and high-performing.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher.
- 5+ years in customer insights (agency or client-side) in a managerial role within an international setting.
- Advanced knowledge of market research methodologies, techniques and processes.
- Experience in customer data management and analysis
- Strategic thinking with strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Fluent in English and adept at managing multiple projects with attention to detail.
