Commercial Planning Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Be at the heart of how we bring Fashion campaigns, seasonal launches, and commercial initiatives to life.
  • Coordinate the Fashion promotional calendar, helping ensure the right products, campaigns, and activities come together at the right time.
  • Partner closely with teams across Category Management, Design, Marketing, Omnichannel, Supply Chain and more to transform ideas into execution.
  • Drive collaboration across multiple teams and stakeholders, keeping projects moving and ensuring everyone stays aligned.
  • Anticipate challenges, connect the dots, and proactively solve problems before they become roadblocks.
  • Use data, business insights, and commercial understanding to identify opportunities and support decision-making.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and recommendations that help shape business priorities and future actions.
  • Support key seasonal moments, collection launches, promotional activities, and growth-driving initiatives across the Fashion business.
  • Take ownership of projects and processes from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution.
  • Challenge the status quo and continuously look for opportunities to simplify processes, improve collaboration, and drive better business outcomes.
 

What We Are Looking For:

 

  • 3-5 years of experience in Fashion, Retail, E-commerce, FMCG, Commercial Planning, Trade Marketing, Merchandising, Category Management, Buying, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Project Management, or a similar commercial environment.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and building strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Experience coordinating projects, campaigns, launches, commercial initiatives, or business processes from planning through execution.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data to identify opportunities, challenge assumptions, and support decision-making.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets, business reporting, and performance analysis.
  • The ability to connect the dots between customer needs, commercial priorities, data, and operational realities.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to identifying solutions rather than escalating challenges.
  • A natural ability to prioritize, navigate ambiguity, and remain effective in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and bring people together around a common goal.
  • A hands-on mindset, strong sense of ownership, and genuine drive to make things happen.
  • High motivation, curiosity, and learning agility, combined with a desire to continuously improve both yourself and the way we work.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken. You'll collaborate with international stakeholders and teams across different markets on a daily basis, making English an essential part of the role

 

Nice to Have:

 

  • Experience using reporting and analytical tools such as Power BI, Power Query, or similar solutions.
  • Familiarity with Product Information Management (PIM) systems or other product data platforms.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint, Planner, Lists, Sway, or similar collaboration platforms.
  • Experience working in fast-growing, highly collaborative, or matrix organizations.
