Civil Contract in Communication Support (fixed-term for 3 months)

Your key responsibilities will be:
- Act as first-line support for customer inquiries and claims via email and ticketing systems
- Manage and resolve customer cases in line with processes, standards, and deadlines
- Escalate complex issues and cooperate with relevant stakeholders
- Provide timely updates and ensure high-quality, professional communication
- Maintain and improve knowledge base, tools, and internal procedures
- Support team operations, training, and continuous improvement initiatives
Skills and experience we are looking for:
- Experience in customer service or similar role
- Advanced English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
- Problem-solving ability and capability to work under pressure
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Team player with good organization skills and adaptability
