Civil Contract in Communication Support (fixed-term for 3 months)

Contract type: Fixed-term (until 30 September 2026, with possibility of extension)
 

Your key responsibilities will be: 

  • Act as first-line support for customer inquiries and claims via email and ticketing systems
  • Manage and resolve customer cases in line with processes, standards, and deadlines
  • Escalate complex issues and cooperate with relevant stakeholders
  • Provide timely updates and ensure high-quality, professional communication
  • Maintain and improve knowledge base, tools, and internal procedures
  • Support team operations, training, and continuous improvement initiatives

 

 

Skills and experience we are looking for:

  • Experience in customer service or similar role
  • Advanced English (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
  • Problem-solving ability and capability to work under pressure
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow)
  • Team player with good organization skills and adaptability
