Change and Communication Specialist
(project-based position – 12-month fixed-term employment)
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing a change management strategy related to the deployment of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central in an international project
- Creating and executing communication plans tailored to various employee groups – including office staff and frontline employees (e.g., stores and distribution centers)
- Identifying potential barriers to change implementation and taking action to minimize their impact
- Collaborating with HR, IT, and local business units to ensure communication activities align with project goals
- Creating engaging and easy-to-understand communication materials (emails, newsletters, FAQs, videos, etc.) adapted to local languages and cultural context
- Supporting training initiatives in cooperation with the training team
- Conducting stakeholder analyses and assessing the impact of change on the organization
- Monitoring employee engagement levels and collecting feedback using tools such as surveys, focus groups, and others
- Reporting progress and effectiveness indicators of communication and change readiness efforts
Skills and experience we are looking for:
- Experience in change management and communication within implementation projects, preferably related to HR or IT systems (SAP SuccessFactors experience is an advantage)
- Practical knowledge of change management methodology
- Experience working in an international environment
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to create engaging communication materials and tailor messaging to different target groups
- Proficiency in communication and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams)
- Willingness to travel occasionally, including internationally
- Familiarity with visual and communication tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva, Microsoft Sway, Piktochart) to support attractive and engaging communication is a plus
