Change Adoption Lead

About the role
As a Change Adoption Lead, you will help Pepco teams successfully navigate large transformation initiatives, such as ERP implementation. Your focus will be on ensuring that people are ready for change, understand what is coming, and are supported in adopting new ways of working across functions and markets.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with executive sponsors and senior leaders to enable successful change adoption.
- Creating and leading change adoption and communication plans aligned with Pepco’s change approach.
- Making sure teams are ready for go‑live by addressing impacts on people, roles, and processes.
- Coordinating change-related activities with business, IT, and project teams during system and process changes implementations.
- Supporting steering committees and senior stakeholders with clear insights to enable effective decision‑making.
- Overseeing training, communication, and change impact activities to enable adoption across markets.
- Tracking readiness and adoption progress, identifying risks, and helping address challenges early.
- Supporting leaders and Change Agents in guiding their teams through change.
- Gathering lessons learned and helping improve how we manage change in future initiatives.
Skills and experience we are looking for:
- Experience in leading change in large transformation or system implementation programs.
- Hands-on exposure to ERP implementations (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, SuccessFactors) is a strong asset.
- Good understanding of change management approaches (e.g. PROSCI).
- Ability to work independently with senior stakeholders in complex, international environments.
- Ability to understand and manage change impacts related to new systems, roles, and ways of working.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Comfortable working with data, KPIs, and metrics to track readiness and adoption.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365; Copilot, experience with learning or digital adoption tools is a plus.
- Very good English skills; additional languages are welcome.
- Willingness to travel occasionally, including internationally.
