CRM Specialist - Customer Offers

Your key responsibilities will be:
- Manage backlog and support prioritisation of CRM offers initiatives
- Translate business requirements into campaign setups
- Configure, test and activate offers, rewards and promotional mechanics in CRM and loyalty systems (e.g. Eagle Eye)
- Execute end-to-end CRM campaigns across channels and ensure correct targeting logic, segmentation and automation flows
- Coordinate campaign setup and resolve execution issues
- Work with Commercial, Data & Analytics, Category and Marketing teams to implement customer offers
- Support offer setup based on business assumptions (discounts, mechanics)
- Maintain overview of active and planned offers across markets
- Monitor and report campaign performance (open rate, CTR, redemption, sales uplift, ROI)
- Support analysis of results and identify optimisation opportunities
- Execute A/B tests and contribute to Test & Learn activities
- Maintain CRM campaign and offer calendar and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and according to plan
- Maintain documentation and version control of campaigns and offers
- Support continuous improvement of CRM processes and execution quality
Skills and experience we are looking for:
- 2–3 years in CRM, customer marketing, loyalty or promotional operations (ideally in retail, FMCG, e-commerce or loyalty-driven environments)
- Masters / Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or technical field
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g. Salesforce, Braze, Synerise)
- Hands-on experience with configuring offers in loyalty systems (e.g. Eagle Eye)
- Good understanding of campaign performance metrics and reporting
- Advanced level of English (minimum B2) is required
- Analytical mindset (segmentation, A/B testing, campaign analysis)
- Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple campaigns
- Good stakeholder collaboration skills
- Experience in multi-market environments
- Willingness to work on-site in Poznań at least 3 days per month
